The Silver package gives you everything priced and set up by professionals — every item in the estate, not just furniture and paintings. One of our team members is on-site during the sale to assist and advise your family crew.
Complete Peace of Mind
The Gold package is our all-inclusive, completely hands-off service. Our experienced staff handles every aspect of the estate sale from start to finish. You hand us the keys — we do everything else.

It depends on your budget and how comfortable your family is running the sale. If you have reliable friends and family who can staff the event, Bronze or Silver can save you significantly. If you want zero involvement or don't have people available, Gold is the stress-free choice.
Yes — if circumstances change, we can discuss upgrading your package before the sale begins. We'll work with you to find the best solution.
We recommend reaching out at least 2–3 weeks before your desired sale date to ensure availability and allow adequate setup time.
We can discuss options for unsold items during your consultation — including donation coordination, buyout options, or a second sale day.
Advertising and promotion are included in our Gold package. For Bronze and Silver, we can advise you on the best ways to promote your sale.
